Roof restoration · Utah County

Don't replace your roof. Vive it.

A replacement runs $15,000–$30,000. But most Utah roofs don't wear out — they dry out. If yours is dried out rather than worn out, we restore and protect it for a fraction of that, in a single day, with no tear-off.

  • Insured crews
  • 10-year written warranty
  • Money-back guarantee

Who we are

We're a Utah roof-preservation company. Most roofers make their living replacing roofs — we make ours keeping yours alive, restoring the shingles you already have and shielding them for the decades ahead.

Our crews are insured, harnessed and trained, and they show up when we say they will. If your roof still has good years left in it, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too — and we'll say so before you've paid us anything.

60+

Years combined experience

The people behind Vive have spent their careers at the door — building teams, training crews, and standing behind what they sold. That's the standard this company is run to.

What you're guaranteed

Every promise here is in writing.

Not a handshake at the door and not a slogan on the side of a truck. These are the terms of the agreement — the things you can hold us to.

01

The Next-Roof Guarantee

Written into your agreement
If your roof ever needs replacing while it's under our protection — it fails, or your insurer forces the replacement — every dollar you paid Vive comes off the price of the new roof. You are never out what you spent protecting it. If protection doesn't work for you, you haven't lost the money you spent trying.
02

A ten-year product warranty

In writing
Covered if 30% or more of the treated shingles peel, curl, or wave — or if a leak develops through treated shingles. We send a technician out. Valid claims get replacement product free, plus reasonable labor. On older roofs, coverage is prorated over 25+ years.
03

Our own crew, at our cost

No markup
While your roof is under warranty, repairs and maintenance are handled by our own roofing division at what the work costs us. No markup on labor or materials, for as long as you're a customer. We'd rather keep your roof healthy than bill you every time it isn't.
04

A $500 second spray — locked today

Price locked at signing
Around year 10 we come back and re-spray for another decade of protection, at $500 — the price locked the day you sign. You don't pay it until the work is done. And if you move before then, the protection moves with you — we spray your new home instead.

Why roofs fail

Your roof doesn't wear out. It dries out.

From the day it's installed, the sun bakes the natural oils out of your shingles. They lose flexibility, shed the granules that protect them, and begin to crack, curl, and leak — usually years before you'd ever expect.

  • Faded, chalky, brittle shingles
  • Granule grit collecting in your gutters
  • Curling edges — and the first leaks

In Utah's high, dry, high-UV climate it happens even faster — many roofs here are worn out in just 12–18 years.

The fix

Restore it. Then protect it.

Two things a new roof can't do for you — and the whole reason you don't have to replace a roof that's simply dried out.

Step 1 · Restore

Bring dried-out shingles back to life

A plant-based bio-oil soaks deep into the shingle and replenishes the oils the sun baked out — restoring the flexibility and water resistance your roof had when it was new. Not a coating sitting on top. A restoration from the inside out.

Step 2 · Protect

A nano-silica shield — four ways

Bonds to the surface and defends against everything that wears a roof down.

☀️

UV shield

Resists the sun that dried your roof out — so the restored oils don't bake right back out.

💧

Water & ice

The surface turns hydrophobic — rain beads and sheds, and ice releases more easily.

🛡️

Impact

Restored, flexible shingles absorb a hit instead of cracking — a tougher surface.

🔥

Fire

Adds a layer of fire resistance to the shingle surface — key in wildfire country.

The process

Three simple steps. About a day on the roof.

1

Free roof score

We inspect your shingles and pull a satellite & sun-wear report to score your roof 0–100 — so you know exactly where it stands.

2

Single-day application

If your roof qualifies, our trained crew applies the treatment in about a day. No tear-off, no dumpster, no moving out.

3

Protected for years

Your shingles are restored and shielded — adding years of life for a fraction of what replacement would cost.

Why Vive

Every other roofer profits by replacing your roof.

We profit by keeping it alive — which is exactly why we can promise things they can't.

Protection that moves with you

Protection that moves with you

A low-cost second spray keeps you covered for decades — and if you move, we spray your new home.

The proof

Don't take our word for it — take the labs'.

Your shingles are asphalt — one of the most-studied materials on earth — and nano-silica is one of the most-researched ways to protect it. Independent, peer-reviewed labs ran these tests, not us.

UV resistance

#1

Best UV-aging resistance of the additives tested — and UV is the #1 force drying a roof out.

Water repellency

>150°

Water beads up and rolls off instead of soaking in — a "superhydrophobic" surface.

Surface toughness

82%

Up to 82% less deformation under load — a harder, more durable surface.

Service life

2.8×

Treated asphalt lasted up to ~2.8× as many fatigue cycles before failing.

Findings on nano-silica in asphalt generally — independent, peer-reviewed studies, shown as evidence for the science the treatment is built on, not guaranteed outcomes for a specific roof.

Your roof score

Not every roof qualifies — and we'll tell you straight.

About half the roofs we score are a great fit for Vive. The rest are either too new to need us, or too far gone — and replacement is the honest answer. The only way to know which yours is: score it.

Questions

You probably have a few

Does this actually work?

Yes. Vive uses a bio-oil to restore the natural oils the sun bakes out of your shingles, plus a nano-silica layer that shields them going forward. It's built on independent, peer-reviewed research into nano-silica — restoring and protecting what you already have, not a temporary coating.

Will it work on any roof?

No — and we're upfront about that. Vive is for roofs that are aging but still structurally sound. If a roof is already failing, replacement is the honest answer. That's exactly why we score every roof first, for free, before recommending anything.

Is it messy or disruptive?

Not at all. There's no tear-off and no dumpster. Our trained crew typically completes the application in about a day, and you don't need to leave your home.

What does it cost?

A small fraction of what a full replacement would cost. Exact pricing depends on your roof, which is why we start with a free score — no obligation, no pressure.

What if I sell my home?

A well-maintained roof is a selling point — it protects your equity, helps with insurance, and shows buyers the home has been cared for. And your protection moves with you if you relocate.

You're a new company — why should I trust you?

Fair question, and we'd rather answer it straight than dodge it. Vive is new, and we don't have a page of reviews yet. What we do have is leadership that's spent 60+ years and over $1B in product selling and servicing at the door, and terms you can hold us to in writing: a 10-year product warranty, repairs handled by our own crew at cost, and the Next-Roof Guarantee — if your roof ever needs replacing while it's under our protection, every dollar you paid us comes off the new roof.
